An 84-year-old lung cancer patient had a 3 cm tumor in the right lung. After over a year of observation, the tumor grew to 5 cm. Due to the patient's poor lung function, surgery was not an option, making cryoablation a safer alternative. The ablation procedure was performed under local anesthesia, with the patient remaining conscious and experiencing no discomfort. The operation was very successful.
